Bridgeport, OHIO - Congressman Charlie Wilson (OH-6) received an "A" grade from the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA) Action Fund. The organization released its 2008 Congressional Report Card today. The nonpartisan group of Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans graded every member of Congress on his or her leadership and voting record on key Iraq and Afghanistan veterans issues. The organization looked at 13 votes in the U.S. House of Representatives including veterans' health care, the new GI Bill, mental health, and support for homeless veterans.

"These men and women are our heroes and deserve nothing but the best," Wilson said. "I'm proud to have put them first."
